I applaud you for actually taking your cat to the vet for inappropriate elimination, a lot of people get rid of cats for problems that could be solved with meds or just cleaning the litter box more often. You're a good pet owner and you should be proud of yourself even if you didn't find anything wrong with your cat.

Maybe you could just have one plastic bag for the cat to go in rather than a litter box.
Am I the only one that thought it could be those plastic bags from the grocery store? Cuz when we get groceries, they go on the floor until all of the groceries are put up, THEN we pick up the bags.
