Wow. Are you guys serious? What part of ‘tiny crushable kitten’ don’t you get? On the east coast the roads are loaded with completely flattened squirrels that dart into the street – a kitten, which would be about the same size would look exactly like one, especially flattened. And it WOULD be flattened, don’t try to act like something that would flatten if you stepped on it wouldn’t with a freaking car. Anything that size that gets completely run over is not going to survive, period. They did the right thing. Get over yourselves. You would have made it suffer more by even attempting to keep it alive.

If he didn't give a crap he wouldn't have 'wasted his time' putting the car in reverse and putting it out of its misery, he would have driven away like, 99% of MOST people do. It happens..these people need to quit their bitching..the driver obviously didn't mean to...and making sure it's dead is the right thing to do...though I then would have gone and talked to the family...which you don't know..it COULD have happened. buy them another kitten. ya jerk!
