Today, I realized that going back on birth control has made my acne go away and my boobs bigger. However, to my boyfriend's dismay, I've completely lost my sex drive. FML

Sex isn't everything. If you're happier with your appearance, I wouldn't go off of it just because your libido dropped.

my girlfriend lost her sex drive due to bc as well...and to all you doubters out there...this is indeed a FML situation...ive gonbe 2 months without sex or even anything close...weve hardly even made out more than a couple times...ide take smaller boobs and a lil acne any day

If she won't stop taking them just leave that's a torture for no apparent reason (besides if she does take them for purely medical reasons, in which case I'd rather change the doctor as hormones are not a good way to treat anything in the long term).

Oh **** that, try another birth control or something. I realize side effects suck and finding one that is that beneficial without them is nice but why take bc if it causes you not to want (or have) sex? I'm a guy with relatively low sex drive but reading someone above saying they went for 2 months without sex because of that? Damn... If nothing else works then FYL. :(

Smoking pot while on birth control is harmless... its cigarettes that you're not supposed to smoke while on the pill. But I think that is just a scare tatic.

Birth control pills increase your risk of blood clots. Smoking cigarettes does too I believe. So we don't like to mix the two

I've had that happen. The pill your on decreased ur sex drive. One pill makes girls dry up. Don't worry too much just get your butt to your gyno and get a different prescription!!!

Lol, you get some you lose some. You should definitely talk to your doctor about trying out different brands or prescriptions. Eventually you might find one that works out best for you.
