Well, I don't blame you. But maybe OPs spare bed is only a one person bed? Never know. Personally, I like sleeping alone anyway. Maybe thats just me being single and lonely..

You are an adult, correct? This is your home? Sleep wherever the **** you want! Why make his life miserable? I'm finding it hard to accept anyone can be this obtuse so I suspect something else is going on. Maybe you truly are upset with your husband and it's not the spare bed that's more comfortable, it's that you're sleeping alone.
