Today, I realized why I was hired to be a nanny. Apparently the husband had eyes for the last nanny. According to the wife I am not attractive enough to be a threat. FML

Today, I started my new job. Less than one hour into the day, my boss told me that the reason he hired me was that I was the least attractive of everyone he interviewed, so I'd be less likely to cause a distraction. FML

Today, I finally found out why my wife always told me to never visit her at work. You see, my wife and I are dark haired with blue/brown eyes and our daughter is blonde with very striking emerald green eyes. You know who else is blonde with striking emerald eyes? My wife’s boss. FML

Today, I overheard my husband of 3 years talking to our boss, an attractive blonde. She was telling him that she couldn't believe he was with me. She thinks I'm fat and ugly and that he's hot. He said, "She's not that bad…" We work in the same store and she follows him around like a puppy. FML

If you "realized" this and she didn't tell you, you're probably just jumping to conclusions. Perhaps she hired you because you seemed like an honest person who wouldn't flirt with her husband, or someone she could trust to tell her if her husband came onto you.

I mean, do you *want* the husband to sleep with you?? If you get a good job with good pay and you don't have to worry about fending off your creepy boss the whole time, then I'd be okay with this. A much worse FML would be getting this job and then getting sexually assaulted.
