hey, there's always tomorrow to start
Lol that's pretty funny. Consider it your cheat meal. Your guidelines will tell you that you're allowed one, maybe two cheat meals a week, where you can eat whatever you like, so you don't go crazy from all the dieting. Just pick a day to begin and go for it. Good luck though. It takes a lot of determination and discipline to see a workout plan through from start to finish.
Self control and everything in moderation. There is no way your hungry the entire time your ate those, so make sure to lower your food intake to nothing larger than you fist or fist in a half if your a larger person and I am not talking fat. Larger as in 6'2", 226lb and live a active life style. Cut out ALL FAST FOOD!
That's why you work out then eat balance it out
Once you start working out you'll feel too guilty to eat bad food. Also, get a calorie tracking app like My Fitness Pro. Losing weight and getting healthy is hard, and I understand the difficulty of cutting out bad eating. Keep your head up. It's not easy, but it will be worth it.
And now you know how to work it off :)
