Today, I went to my parents' house. I recently lost about 30 lbs. My mom hugged me and said, "Aww, you're not my chubby baby girl anymore." She then said she wished I were still fat because she missed it. She's the reason I lost the weight; she used to tease and taunt me. Thanks Mom. FML

Today, I finally read an email I'd been avoiding. I thought it would be from my dad whom I haven't spoken to in years, and that he was checking on me during the pandemic. It turned out to be spam. The last contact I had with anyone related to my dad was one of his ex's friends, saying she was in jail and needed help. FML

If it's the story about the 650lb virgin, there was actually a pretty good special on TLC (I think) about him. So yea there still is hope, but in context FYL.

Ok - shit like that is rarely helpful. I would just send Mom a reply back that says: Thanks Mom, I love you too! But don't worry, this isn't exactly the same thing since this guy was a 650lb virgin and I get laid almost every night!!
