oh gosh..this happened with me too- some guys just want what they cant have and they dont think anyone will find out or get hurt. but its always a bad idea when a guy has not one- but two girlfriends. Call his ass out and show up where he is with girlfriend #1. make a huge scene so she will break up with him for being a cheater. then go celebrate ur win with ice cream and LOYAL girl friends!!!!

Why in the world would you still be sleeping with him, then? Regret is only useful if you intend to do something about it. As it is, you're *enabling* his shittiness. I realize it sucks to pull away from someone you have feelings for, but to allow him to get away with this behaviour you're not doing anyone any favors, least of all you.

Why would you ever go along with that? He's an asshole. Ring up his new GF, tell her about it, and then you both can dump him together. Best case scenario you win a new friend, worst case scenario you get that scumbag out of your life. Either way, you win.
