Time to invite the nasty in-laws over, and remind them to take off the shoes....
ah the joys of being a cat owner
Please take the kitty to a vet just in case
Maybe if the kitten ingested some he'd shit out a doll? But all light hearted bad jokes aside, I hope you're kitten didn't actuall ingest any of them. I had a scare one night with my dog because she was able to drag the chicken bones out of the trash (even though we had them stuffed down to where we thought she couldn't get to them. We were wrong). Worst 72 hours of my life. I was so worried, and every little noise, every time she went outside, every time she ate or drink I'd watch her to see if she would have any adverse reactions. Thankfully, she either didn't eat any or they were chewed up enough or small enough to not harm her. So i really empathize with you. TL:DR my dog might have eaten chicken bones (we saw her eating the cartilage that bone on it, that's how it started) and I had the biggest scare of my life; i thought she had ingested some and I wouldn't be able to afford to get her fixed. Turns she was okay, but I told the story to tell OP i know what it feels like to be worried after something like that.
you need to be better educated about dogs the concern with chicken bones is that they will Splinter and get caught in the dog's throat once they're in his stomach dogs are perfectly capable of digesting bones especially cooked chicken bones which are already soft
if you have smooth floors then all of the pins have been knocked under things the kitten will play with it until they get stuck or lost everybody is really eager to have the kitten go to the vet I guess they're all made of money because if the kitten did eat the pins I hope youve got an extra $1,000
Please take your kitten to the vet for some x-rays in case any needles were ingested
I say you get a vacume then put some panty hose on the end..walk around with that and you wouldn't believe what you'll find :)

I hope the poor little one didn't eat them. They could perforate his stomach or bowel.
My suggestion is to walk around with a magnet....
