If your parents were home and allowed your brother to exclude you in your own home then they are douchebags and need to learn how to be better parents. If your parents were not home then your brother is a douchegbag for treating you like this in your own home. When one of my kids wants to do something at the house they always include each other. When they want more privacy they either ask the other if it's OK - or they go elsewhere. Anything less is totally shitty. Your brother and/or your parents had a responsibility to either include you or host the party elsewhere. If your parents were't home, then I'd make it a point of telling them that your brother hosted a big ass party and then go tell your brother that because he was a douche and disrespected you in your own home, you ratted him out.
While I agree that OP's brother is an asshole for treating her like shit, ratting him out may not be the best course of action to take. Put it in context: If her brother has no problem excluding her from the party, what's to stop him from bitch-slapping her for telling their parents about it? If they go to the same school together, he and his friends could make her life hell by turning the whole school against her for being a snitch. Then she won't get invited to ANY parties. Crashing the party would definitely piss OP's brother off, but at least she'd have the satisfaction of knowing that she had the balls to do it.
Call the police on him and tell them that their are minors and alcohol or that their being too loud. :D
Lol! U're like Meg Griffin from Family Guy!
I could see my brother doing that to me feel bad 4 u
loser
I don't think your brother can legitimately kick you out of your own backyard :P
it's your own effing backyard. you can walk outside if you want to.
At least, the year will end in 20 days. Cheers :D haha......

Doesn't say how old you are, but if you're 14 and he's 18 or so, I wouldn't really blame him
I would crash it...what is he going to do, tell your Mommy and Daddy? Or throw food colored water balloons out your window at his guests. Or call the cops and get them shut down. Although the last two are juvenile, they are also effective...
