Today, I sat in my room on the computer instead of attending the party of the year. I got kicked out because I wasn't invited. The party was in my back yard, hosted by my brother. FML

Doesn't say how old you are, but if you're 14 and he's 18 or so, I wouldn't really blame him

I would crash it...what is he going to do, tell your Mommy and Daddy? Or throw food colored water balloons out your window at his guests. Or call the cops and get them shut down. Although the last two are juvenile, they are also effective...

Doesn't say how old you are, but you could be underage and he doesn't want to get caught for that. If he's underage too, and still kicked you out, then that sucks. But I don't blame him, I don't think anyone wants their younger siblings at a party with their friends watching them drink, I sure wouldn't. There will be other parties, no need to worry.

wtf? Underage has nothing to do with being at parties, it has to do with drinking. A minor is allowed to be at a party (obviously as long as it's not in a nightclub or somewhere with an age restriction) as long as they're not drinking.

I'm undecided on this one. It is taking place at your house, so you are free to move around and go to that party if you want, even if your brother doesn't want you there. On the other hand, maybe you're exaggerating and it's more like a get together with just his friends, and you being there would spoil their fun. Go do something fun for you instead of worrying about some stupid party. There will be other parties in the future.

first of all, a backyard party is not the "party of the year" what you can do though is start your own party inside.
