uh. ya they were trying to be all like " oh, ya im over that whole relationship. mhmm i dont even remember you that well. ive moved on." but even if they are over it they still remember you. otherwise they wouldnt have accepted?

To everyone wondering about 'they': OP might not want to share the gender of their ex, or their ex prefers 'they' as their pronouns (eg, gender neutral or gender fluid, etc.)
