Today, I started growing hair on my upper lip. I'm finally becoming a man! Too bad I'm a 17 year old girl. FML

that's actually a myth, however you've even got the myth wrong. When you shave hair it appears to grow in darker because as opposed to growing in naturally and tapering to a point like normal hair, it has a blunt edged due to being cut by the razor. Waxing pulls the hair out at the root and therefore when it grows back would not appear any darker than the hair before.

its normal- and trust me, other people wont see it as clearly as you do. you may think that its "omg so dark and awful and hairy", but i can bet that no one else is even going to notice, or care for that matter.

Sadly enough I'm jealous. I'm a seventeen year old boy, almost eighteen, and my facial hair consists of peach fuzz and a barely noticable light blonde moustache. I haven't needed to shave in seventeen years...

Maybe it was pubic hair stuck to your face by dry cum from the cocks you were sucking.

Yeah cuz a natural bit of hair growing on your top lip REALLY means your life is ******. Kids starving in Africa is nothing compared to this catastrophe. *rolls eyes* grow up.

Go to the doctor and make sure you don't have an imbedded testie in your stomach.

every one grows hair on their upper lip regardless of what sex they are.. its not thick, or atleast its not supposed to be... this is not an FML unless its like your growing thick wisker- like hair that is like a beard..

This is completely natural.. annoying, but natural. Your best bet is probably to wax. You can also shave, I find that a bit easier just because you dont have to worry about any reaction to the wax. In the last 7 years I've only cut myself once.. as long as you're careful you should be fine. Tweezing works as well for hairs that grow in faster. Good luck, and cheer up! You're not alone.

wow, how is this a FML? fail.

Get over it! NOT AN FML. Happens to tons of people, just deal with it.
