Today, I started my period. Every time I try to open a tampon, my dog goes crazy thinking it's one of his treats. Now I have to open them with my hair dryer on. FML

That hair dryer idea was pure genius. I never would have thought of that but than again I am not a girl and I don't own a dog. Still maybe locking the bathroom door so no one would bother you might be a good idea.

The point was that her dog goes nuts though. Closing the door won't help if her pup is still going to hear the package open.

Most pets generally only get like that if you over feed them treats. I've had dogs & room mates with dogs who did exactly that & their dogs thought everything was a treat..also thought they deserved a treat for knocking over my coffee, just because the owner thought it was funny that I nearly had to go to the hospital from burns...bye bye room mate & take your bitch (as in dog) with you..stop over treating your dog, if that's not the case, get it trained to get worked up over a different sound..Pavlov knew exactly what he was doing.
