There is usually a 3-30 day period where you can cancel service without being penalized. Also, if you have wireless Internet a lot of providers have a way to boost your service by going through the wireless. You should be alright.
Omg you have sprint too?? Lmfao
Different cellphones (I'm not talking about companies) receive better/worse signals within the same company.
Most carriers give you thirty days to return it. At least in Oregon they do.
Dude, 30 day contract! Nuff said....
Had you read the contract, you would have seen that you have 30 days to cancel.
u get a 14 day warrenty if u dont like the phone or get signal u can cancel it and wont be charged an ETF, i used to work for sprint so i know, after the 14 days u gotta pay $350 to cancel
With all service providers you have at least a 2 week grace period. So you can cancel your 2 year contract at no charge if you are still in the grace period.

There's a 30 day trial period. You deserved this for not reading your contract! Return the phone and switch providers
call your service provider and ask them how to update your phone so you can hit more towers and get a stronger signal.
