Fake. Cell phones don't float, the lithium battery is far too heavy. And when they get wet they're short circuited and instantly stop working.

if u still have your phone.. well i donno if itll work anymore but at first you shoulda taken it out of the toilet :P took it apart(battery out.. ect) and put it in a bowl full of rice, and burried it because the rice would absorb the water, i did it, and my phone works fine now :) ahah but i didnt drop it into the toilet, i droped it into the ocean.. haha

hahahahaahahaa my phone accidentally fell in the toilet before too, except it was BEFORE i went to the bathroom luckily. If you fished it out IMMEDIATELY and removed the battery and then cool-air dried it with a hair dryer, you should be able to save it. I don't know if the fact that yours fell in pee and not clean toilet water makes a difference though...
