Wait, why the **** does he deserve it? Are the Femanazis on the rampage again? I just can't see how "kicking you in the nuts and possibly hurting your chances of reproducting" is a logical way of getting back at someone for "touching your back with cold hands". I bet you're the types who think hitting your husband with a frying pan is a valid way of getting back at him for tickling you. OP, go for her left tit when she's asleep. It's entirely possible that he touched her back while he was going to bed, and as a reaction to his cold hands, her knee jerked up and got him. If she did it later to get revenge, then shame on her.. but if it was the instinctive reaction to what he did, it was his fault entirely.

No! You can not deserve getting sacked for surprising somebody. You must be a girl and not understand what it feels like to get sacked or you must be a fake macho guy or have never been hit in the gnads. It's like saying "Today, I touched my girlfriend's back with my cold hands. She then turned around and kicked me in the stomach. FML." Except I would rather get hit in the stomach. Breaking bones hurts less than being hit in the testes. It's just more annoying because it takes a long time to heal, as opposed to your nuts which are fine in an hour or so (depending on strength of attack).
