He probably did not mean it how it came out. He probably was saying that he is not shallow enough to just date you for looks. Not that you are not pretty to him.

no no no hun you took this the wrong way. you're boyfriend is probably the type of person who finds it hard to be sincere, so when he is it comes out a bit harsh. he's tryng to reassure you that he does love you. i know this because my boyfriend talks like this, and this is the kind of thing he'd say. give him a break; sometimes we interpret things wrong c:

Anyone who says this girl is begging for attention for no reason and YDI is an asshole. I have done that, and the only reason some girls say this is because the guy doesn't give the girl enough attention/love in the first place. So she has to try to get his attention. She's with a douche.
