Today, I took my boyfriend to my family's traditional late Thanksgiving dinner. While eating, my mom brought up celebrity infidelity. My grandpa ended up looking me in the eye and saying, "Look Angie, sometimes what a man has just isn't enough. When that happens, cheating is forgiveable." FML

**** cheaters. They don't deserve a relationship. How can what they have not be enough when they deserve nothing?

If the man is never satisfied then he needs to stay single. My dad's cheating tore my family apart and it is still disfunctional several years later.

Not true. A person should be allowed to have all the partners it takes to satisfy them, SO LONG AS all partners are aware and allowed the same rights. Some people just can't do monogamy, and some get off on the idea of their partner being with someone else. I'm sorry about your family. I'm not trying to justify your father's actions, because clearly your mom didn't know about or didn't accept him being with other women, and that's not okay.

I think the grandpa was referring to a woman cheating if the guy can't satisfy her or something. Like if he can no longer perform or something. Either way, it still shouldn't happen. There's times were me and my fiancé go for almost an entire week without the thought of sex even entering our minds and we live. Although, our reason is cause we're either busy, exhausted, or someones sharing the room that night while they visit, so I guess it's a little different.

It needs to be made clear long before the marriage. Like, as soon as you see the relationship getting serious.
