I don't know the first thing about hair dying but perhaps you could start a new fashion trend OP! No but seriously go see someone and see if they can fix it somehow.
Assuing you meant bleach, not dye...another thing is to make sure you evenly coat each section in a timely fashion! you can't just work it in like a shampoo. Wait at least a week before trying to fix - in the meantime, learn to wear your hair up with some cute bandannas or scarves to hide it.
You're not supposed to clip your hair and you probably missed some areas
just run with it and be free **** all who doubt you
That's what i did when it happened to me, I also learned that multiple applications of permanent dye make it more permanent. I had black tips orange middle and blond roots. She can always dye it back to black easy enough.
Putting your hair in a bun applies pressure to different parts which probably made the uneven color.
YDI. self color shades around your natural hair color. you need to see a pro to go from black to blonde without messing it up and damaging your hair.
anyone else think of bunny or grav3yardgirl ?
to be honest, I think the different colours together sound like you look pretty awesome
I think, by the sounds of it, her hair probably looks like the result of a Border Collie having sex with a packet of Skittles...I tried bleaching my hair from purple to blonde myself once and I looked like Barney the Dinosaur's ******-up looking lovechild, not to mention very damaging to my hair, which still hasn't recovered since. I hope the OP gets it sorted in a salon!
If you absolutely have to do this at home and not in a salon you should have done some reading on what to do. If your hair is long enough to put it in a bun and if you've never bleached it before you're safer having extra product and doing half of your head at a time so you can apply it quicker and have closer processing time across your work space =/ You also probably should have either foiled it or put an actual grocery bag or shower cap even on your head to keep the heat in and even used a blowdryer on the outside of the bag on a low setting
Last time I watched someone use a grocery bag, the logo from the bag ended up being dyed to their head because they had the bag inside out. I would personally stick to a shower cap.
I would advise against covering your hair or using any kind of heat if you're not a professional. Bleach is strong enough without all that, you're more likely to damage your hair and it might just plain fall off. It's also very fiddly of you only have one set of hands. Best to get the highlights or something professionally first, so it's at least a bit lighter all over, then go over it yourself, focusing mainly on the roots. The rest will grow out qmd your hair will get blonder and blonder as you keep redoing the roots
I saw that picture as well XD..I haven't had that issue but I'm definitely more careful about what I use lol

Um yeah, if you had black hair you have to bleach it first....that was your first mistake.
Yeah. Even if you were bleaching it, and not dying it, like you said you were, going from a natural dark color to a blonde typically won't yield desired results. Especially not with an at home kit. You're better off spending the money to have it professionally done.
