There's no way an at home dye kit would turn your hair blonde if it's naturally black. Even professionals usually take more than one session to turn black hair blonde because it's such a drastic change. If it's not done correctly you can seriously **** up your hair. Save up the money and get it professionally done. Good hair isn't cheap and cheap hair isn't good.
NOOOO! Black hair is SO much sexier than blond hair!
A quick Google search tells you to use purple shampoo to cancel out the orange and that after deep conditioning, you could dye it again to make it lighter, since you have very dark hair. Next time do your research beforehand and you won't have a problem.
Gotta bite the bullet and shell out for a salon bro.
Just tell everyone you are a cat - tortoiseshell
Fifty shades of blonde.
Yikes
it's not gonna dry if it's in a bun...
Should've been near halloween
black to blonde is a hard process even in a hair salon. hair naturally has to lift through red orange and yellow and be toned when you get to your desired level. NEVER bleach at home it's not worth it if your don't understand the chemistry of your hair. now you'll be paying a whole bunch more in a salon for a color correction

Um yeah, if you had black hair you have to bleach it first....that was your first mistake.
Yeah. Even if you were bleaching it, and not dying it, like you said you were, going from a natural dark color to a blonde typically won't yield desired results. Especially not with an at home kit. You're better off spending the money to have it professionally done.
