Today, I used my inhaler for the first time in a year. As soon as I took a puff I felt something strange go down my throat. Upon closer inspection I discovered there had been a spider living in the mouth of my inhaler... and I had just swallowed it. FML

Did you swallow the spider to catch the fly? I don't know why you swallowed a fly. ...Perhaps you'll die.

If that happened to me I would have to use the inhaler so I wouldn't have an asthma attack! FYL :(

I know how you feel. I hasn't used mine in about a week and I inhaled a living earwig. I know it was alive cause it started kicking when I coughed him back up into my hand. And then I threw up into the same hand.

this happened to my mum, but it was a big beetle.

If it was small enough to fit in the opening, you're lucky - we get spiders the size of your hand where I live.

Dont inhalers usually have covers over the part you put your mouth on?

You're supposed to point the inhaler away from you and puff twice before use. It's on the instructions, box, and all over the internet.

At least your stomach acids will dissolve the spider.
