I didn't get my own computer until I graduated high school. I'm sorry to sound like an antiquated snob, but I think parents should still be keeping an eye on what their kids are doing online at 15 and hold off on putting a computer in their room. ...Unless, of course, you walked in on your daughter stripping for strangers on the shared family computer. In that case, ignore this comment and call the cops on the sickos watching child ****.

OP would also be calling the cops on his daughter. At 15 you CAN be tried for producing and distributing child pornography even if it is of yourself. It has happened quite a few times as of late.

Not knowing the full story here, I would like to inform OP that there are some really excellent Parental Control programs out there, that can block apps like Skype, and just about any website you wish to be blocked. Not every parent has time to monitor their teenagers internet usage 24/7, and teenagers are teenagers. They make mistakes and don't think about consequences. OP, please look into parental control programs, when and if you decide to let your daughter use the computer again in the near future (which this day and age, she will need for school anyway).
