The cops can't do anything. It's something you as a parent will need to explain, but from my experience it is a phase. I use to do the same thing, but I grew out of it. It's something you can prevent cause she will always find a way to show herself off. All kids do it. Just punish her and explain to her the consequences.

Actually the cops CAN do something. She is 15....which means she and the people on Skype watching....were involved in child ****. Child **** is still illegal...right?
