After reading all of your comments, I'd just like to verify that I'm only 15. I've been working at the hospital for about two weeks now. I did help him sit up, with the help of another CNA. I certainly laughed it off, but I didn't actually think this was going to be posted! :)

As a guy, this happens waaaaayy too often. Same thing happens when you get a boner.
Umm...you're boner sticks to your leg?!? YOU'RE DOING IT WRONG!
You work in a hospital. It kinda goes with the job. But until you have a 300 lb man stand up, lift up his gown and asks you if you want to hold his gut, his dick or the urinal because he can't hold all three and pee at the same time....you ain't seen nothing yet!! FYI - yes....that happened to me a few years ago and I've worked in a hospital for almost 10 years now.
NOPE! I simply informed him that his member fits into the top of the urinal effectively holding both him and the urinal at the same time. If you can stand up and do all that....my assistance is NOT needed to help you void....and if it is, I will go get a catheter.
As a man, I confirm that this can happen easily. Scrotums do kinda get in the way and stick to one's leg. It is very uncomfortable, and at least he wasn't looking at you whilst doing this and saying 'phwoar, you're alright'.
Damn those sweaty, sticky balls!?!
This is common for most guys, as far as I know. It could seriously be worse, OP - he could've asked YOU to do it for him. You work at a hospital - man up, you're probably going to see worse things.
Well, OP, what's an old feller to do when his balls hang low and are sticky and sweaty? Don't worry, take notes and play it forward when you're old.
I expected the FML to end saying he sniffed his hand after... "mmm, extra vinegary!"
Welcome to geriatrics!
You don't seem to know much about scrotums. That shit's annoying!

I guess you could say he had the... balls to say it!
Let me get this straight, you watched him struggling to sit up (without apparently helping him out) and then you got offended because he is having natural body issues? I don't think the hospital is the right place for you to work OP...
