Today, I walked past a church with a bunch of people standing outside waiting for the bride and groom to walk out. When the church doors opened, I yelled congratulations as loud as I could. It was a funeral. FML

Agree with #14. Thought no one posted about the hearse/limo until I did a find feature.... Funeral: Hearse out front for the casket Wedding: Limo out front with "Just Married" in the back window If you were at the front of the church and didn't see the car that was parked at the end of the walkway you deserve this entirely. Plus why the hell would you be the ass and make a comment at a wedding/funeral of someone you don't even know. YDI in so many ways. Common sense man.

your a douche seriously, if at my wedding a stranger yelled "congratulations!", I would be annoyed. Having them say something nice isn't the problem, but yelling it and trying to become the center of attention at an event you have no right being a part of at all.... douche

I'm sure he meant well, but people take weddings seriously. Being yelled congratulations by a stranger might sound nice, but it could still be kind of creepy. Honestly even if people weren't dressed all in black there was probably a different atmosphere outside of that funeral than you would expect at a wedding. People aren't normally excited.
