#35: Wrong. Grinding is purely sexual in nature, the girl is rubbing up against the guy's dick with her ass. Unlike dance, it takes no skill, the only pleasure that comes from it is physical. As for the original post, I'm gonna echo what most other people have said. Even if it WAS a boner, that's the whole point. Either find a different way to dance, or quit being so damn uptight.
