Today, I was at a restaurant with my grandma. A young, ripped gentleman suddenly walked through the door and my grandma looked at him and shouted, "Look! Eye candy!" as loud as she could. He heard it and was extremely embarrassed. To make it worse, my grandma is a widow, so she might have actually meant it. FML

Today, we spent the day with my grandmother. During a family conversation, my sweet little grandmother looked me up and down, and without any hesitation said, "I remember you being so beautiful," before looking at my mother, mouthing, "What happened?" and laughing. She's 87. FML

thats not rly an FML... 1. not many guys say other guys r beautiful unless they r homosexual 2. i think i would want my grandpa to compliment on my coat instead of how beautiful i am 3. its just a common thing to say how beautiful a girl is. and in families thats like the 1st thing that comes up wen u meet eachother

aw... that's terrible! i know how it feels :( there was a picture of me and my sister at my cousin's wedding that my mom sent in a letter to our great aunt... the letter she sent back said that my sister was absolutely beautiful, and that i "look like a fun person". what is that supposed to mean?

My in laws said I would be so beautiful, if only, (sigh) I was in The Church. (they are very LDS, I am Catholic.) My head blew up at that point. I didn't know religion could make you ugly. And they didn't say I had a nice coat.
