sueing him would be over dramatic
Fake and aircraft isn't allowed to leave without calling out your name as if your luggage was on there and no passanger it is suspicious.
Lol, who told you that? That's definitely wrong. Calling passenger's name is a courtesy, and they don't have to do it. Sounds perfectly legit.
Wrong. It's protocol. It's not courtesy, it's making sure some guy didn't put a bomb in his luggage and let the plane leave.
Yeah it's the guy at the counter's fault, but who doesn't go to the terminal or check the board to see how long their flight is delayed...I guess I'm just the kind of person who likes to check and see things for myself rather than trust a guy who just gets paid to type into a computer
And you didn't bother to check flight schedules yourself?
The plane would not have left with your luggage. Airlines are required to remove checked luggage from the plane if someone does not show up for their flight and board the plane. It's a security issue.
False, thats only international. Domestic, they lock it up if it's not claimed.
For all those calling fake. Planes leave with unaccompained luggage all the time. Between people checking their luggage then missing the plane and mix ups when loading it its a fairly common occurence.
#8 Is 100% correct. This post is 50 - 100% FAKE. It is a law (about the luggage).
YDI for clearly having no knowledge on checking flight details - there are screens all over the place. don't blame the guy although it's his job you should look after yourself.
