Today, I was at the beach with my boyfriend in Key West. I had gotten a bikini wax and new swimsuit for the occasion. My boyfriend was being romantic until he pulled a long hair from a mole on my leg. It's all fun and games until the mole starts bleeding, profusely. FML

It had one hair. And getting rid of a mole takes forever (the healing part). Trust me, I had my first un-hairy mole removed a few weeks ago. And only because my bf didn't like it. Which makes me just as bad an superficial as the average American.

Oh dear, someone had an imperfection on their skin, and it can bleed when mistreated ! Hide your kids ! Make a gore film (wth, a whole gore film subgenre) about it ! Throw up on yourselves ! Panic ! Not that I find it pleasing or sexy myself, but I wouldn't have thought there are so many perfect people roaming around the internet who can feel terribly nauseated by people having slight imperfections. Ffs.

I think everyone on here who is shocked by hair on a mole should spend an hour today checking out their own moles. Not only so they realize it's common and not disgusting, but also because they've never spent enough time checking their moles that it could put their lives in danger with skin cancer. :/
