my brother is autistic and I would have done the same.

I have asbergers sydrome and I know how the mom feels but I have been able to defend myself. Autism is a disorder by the way

Yep I would have done the same too, my brother has Autism, and while he doesn't flap his hands, he has other quirks and it pisses me off when people make fun of him for things he can't help. If it was my kid, I would have done the same thing, because there are a lot of insensitive, mean people out there who get off on teasing people who can't defend themselves.
