First of all im 22 and i get them too but i take care of them. Second, It isn't clean. Pimples are cause by a bacterial infection in the oil glands and they are filled with pus. Third, it was by his mouth so it's understandable she wouldn't want to kiss him but she could've said it nicer.

She's not superficial at all. When I start dating someone I expect them to be clean and take care of themselves just like I do for myself. A big pimple anywhere around his mouth would ruin the mood. It's not too much for him to pop it and clean it. If he cares about her then he'll do it.
105, I eat a good diet, drink copious amounts of water, stay active, and use medicated pads on my face and other applicable parts, and I still get the occasional pimple, so I believe it depends on the person. And, to be honest, it's actually *bad* for your skin to pop all of your pimples.
i agree.... acne isnt always caused by bad hygiene or health... for most teenagers its just hormones ... all my brothers and me have had it... ive even tried popping them but it just leaves scars and then they come back
Anywhere around your mouth, I can see why she wouldn't want to kiss him. I've been to a dermatologist, it's not bad to pop pimples. I get them too and I use a scrub and toner and it takes care of them. Also, tanning can get rid of them too. Its easy.
