Easy solution: buy a cheap multi-pack of thongs and leave them with a note saying, "I needed mine back. Here are some of your own." If he's been janking off with them, hopefully he'll be too embarrassed to do it again. If he's experimenting with cross-dressing (which doesn't make him gay, btw), he knows you accept him regardless. If they're fake trophies, well, watch out, because if he's smart he'll need to add more later, for variety/another supposed "conquest".
