Today, I was in a public restroom when the girl in the stall next to me started asking me how I was doing. Thinking it was weird but not wanting to be rude, I answered her questions. Halfway though our conversation she said: "Hold on, the girl in the stall next to me thinks I'm talking to her." FML

This happened to me before. The girl was like "OMG (not "Oh my God! it was OMG)some girl thinks I'm talking to HER!" (in a bitchy, self-righteous tone) so I replied "Hey, I gotta go. This girl is in the other stall and she thinks that I'm talking to her. She's on the phone and thought I was answering her. I gotta get out of here, though. She is stinking up the bathroom really bad." (She was taking a decently loud poop while on the phone - EW) (I wasn't on my phone, just pretending to be) So I washed my hands really quick and got the hell out of there.

This is a new twist on the situation, though. Usually when you see these the person should have noticed that the person "talking to them" was on the phone.

*SMH* some of these FML's are so stupid I really can't figure how dome of my fml's are always rejected. For ex: Today, I got laid off from my job by my new boss. Not sure which is worst, the fact that my new boss was my best friend who just got promoted thanks to my constant pushing. Or the fact that he said I was being let go because I took long lunches. Which he was with me on. FML

to me, it is so gross and disguisting as to why someone would talk on their phone while going to the bathroom. Especilly public ones where you can hear all of the toilets flushing and what not. grossest out!

If someone asks something like that and I think it's weird they are talking to me, I just wait a bit and see if someone else talks or they ask again or whatever.

LOL well y the **** wud u think tht sum1 wuz talking to u in the bathroom?! ppl have cell phones u know! i always just assume theyre not talking to me until they repeat themselves.
