You're a pushover, aren't you? Next time add some passive aggressive into the mix. After you put in the box, get into your car and sit there until the other guy leaves. (You make want to remember their license plate number in case they are even more of an asshole than it first seems.) People are ridiculous when they wait for spots like that. People do that on the main streets downtown here. No one can pass them and it's like holy shit people, just walk the two damn blocks from the parking structure to downtown.

@#58 You took the words right out of my mouth. When people do that to me I make SURE they don't get my spot. I don't do that to others so why should they do that to me. OP that really sucks sorry to hear it but you gotta make what fun you can out of the situation.

I once pulled into a nearly empty lot and saw someone loading their car miles from the store. There were at least 20 empty spaces between him and the next car. I pulled up right next to him and switched on my blinker. I just kinda fun that way!

When people honk at me, I throw it in reverse so they can see my lights and sit there through the light. In the lot, I'll sit there until they angry-drive away. Impatience shall not be rewarded!
