Everyone giving OP shit... you dont know the full details. I work with a guy that has a hereditary problem where everyone in his family is missing one of his 'canine' teeth. They all have 1 false tooth that pops in and out rather easily. Easily enough he accidentally swallowed it recently. So whereas that is pretty gross it doesnt mean he's nasty/got bad teeth/does drugs or anything else. Now of course it could be any of those things but just as likely a false tooth that just falls out easy.
