Today, I was playing a game of truth or dare in a group with a girl I liked. She was dared to kiss me, but then the group decided that that was too cruel of a dare. FML

The exact same thing happened to my friend last night, except he used to date the girl and thats why it would be too cruel... ethan, if this is you, you kinda left out that part.

Well maybe she wanted to kiss you but was too embarassed to admit it after the rest of the group considered it to be 'cruel' to make somebody kiss you. But still, FYL couldn't of been a very nice feeling!

This is probably not the case, but it's at least another way of looking at it... Is it possible that they thought it would be too cruel to you, since they know how much you like her? If they're mutual friends, they probably have an idea of your feelings towards your crush, but if your crush doesn't have the feelings for you, then having to kiss her anyway might be viewed as cruel by some. Again, probably not how this scenario was being played out, but it might as well be thrown out there. And if everyone there simply was just a total bitch, why were you invited to hang out with them and play truth or dare if they didn't like you enough to believe that having to kiss you was cruel and unusual punishment?

It is too cruel, regardless of her feelings towards you. No one should be forced to kiss someone. Even if she liked you, then her first kiss with you would have been part of a game, rather than the romantic ideal that I'm sure she imagines. It's a lose/lose situation regardless. Not FYL.

And the reason why there is a comment area is for people to discuss the FML. You've got 15 people here saying "ouch" or "that ******* sucks, bro, get out of that shit" and one person trying to figure out what number they got. I didn't know that looking at something differently and going against the grain was "fantasizing like a pedant".

Go get your girlfriend to make you a damn sammich, and if you havent got a girlfriend stop fantasizing about that too, get to starbucks and tell the pretty woman if she makes milkish then whilst shes pressing buttons on the till tell her she has skills.
