Today, I was playing Farmville all day, and I was really into the game. I was getting phone calls all day, but I kept ignoring them cause I was making so much Farm Money. Come to find out it was my son's school. He fell off the jungle gym and broke his arm. FML

It's not even a -real- game... What if your son had died? "Ooh a black sheep" sounds a whole lot less appealing after "Some pedophile just kidnapped your kid and raped him to death with a garden trowel"

Wow, that's so weird. The phone just rang here, but I was really into reading all these fml's so I was debating whether or not to answer it... good thing Im not a super douchebag, otherwhys I would have missed the fact that my kid got in a fight and I had to pick him up. Good job...

Yeah, you're just like my ******* Stepmom! She cut me off from all birthday gifts, christmas gifts (cards included), random care packages, and won't even let my Dad send me checks when I need them because "I don't ever call her", while the fact was she was too busy playing Farmville to pick up the damned phone OR call me back when I left messages! Farmville ruins lives. And It's not even that fun. ANIMAL CROSSING has more replay value than ******* Farmville!!

Not really. I mean, it's a little irresponsible but it's definately not the most irresponsible thing I've ever thought of a parent doing. How could she have known that it was her son's school calling? Granted, after the third or fourth time it called, she might think that someone might be wanting to get into contact with her, but it's not like the school weren't taking care of the kid. I mean, I put YDI but I've definately heard of more irresponsible things.
