Today, I was prescribed anti-anxiety medication due to the high level of stress that I experience at my job. Unfortunately, I cannot afford the medication because I do not make enough money at said job. FML

find one those walk in clinics and tell them your right foot is in pain and you can't bend it. also throw in hard to walk. if the doctor isn't an idiot, they should come up with tendinitis and give you something for it. problem solved.

anti-inflammatory drugs like the ones they would give you for tendonitis aren't like the benzos they prescribe for anxiety.

I have that in both my knees and my dr didn't give me any medicine at all! Not fair! LOL

Getting off meds suck! It's not necessarily addictive but once you start you slowly gain tolerance, so they have to up the dose. Then if you forget a few days or want to stop you're gonna have to ween off of them cuz if you stop suddenly you'll be 10x worse than before taking them (learned this from experience) You're probably better doing yoga or some breathing exercises, maybe even get a hobby. OR... go home and play the wrist violin with a razor hehehe!

sometimes those things do NOT help!!! I've tried those myself- the yoga, etc. I'm into wholistic stuff too, and that stuff doesn't help me either. point I'm making is, when you know what you need and can't afford it, it's obviously bad.
