Today, I was sitting at my desk when out of nowhere I had a "silent sneeze attack". Someone in the office called the paramedics because they thought I was having a seizure. This is the third time this has happened this week. FML

Today, I sneezed so hard at work that I farted. In the silence in our open space office that followed, my boss looked over, smiled, and said, "Bless you?" The people in the office who weren't wearing headphones burst out laughing, then those people noticed the laughter, took their headphones off, and my boss then had to explain to them why they were laughing. Can't you just sneeze like a normal person? Sneeze and let it out, don't try to sound cute. Just let it out. Then that would've happen.

You most have the most unpleasant sneezes in the world if that's the case.

Let it out. Stifled sneezes can do harm to your eardrums. Why not letting them out?

I don't think it's that they're stifling the sneezes. They just don't produce noise when they sneeze.

Then you need to be telling your colleagues what's going on when that happens so they can stop wasting the time of the health service.

Sneeze out loud. I mean really, really make it loud.

Is it just me or is it hard to believe that the paramedics were called 3 times in one week? Seems like one would ask if the paramedics were needed before calling them. Especially 3 times in a week.

Three times?? Don't any of them think to just go up to you and ask if you're okay?

Haha, my problem is the opposite of OP's, I have rocket sneezes and make people jump or scream every time I sneeze.
