Today, I was surprised that my husband suggested we take a shower together to save water. He also suggested we should wear our bathing suits so we don't have to see each others "privates." FML

That was my thought, actually. Maybe he thought she'd be annoyed when he suggested sharing the shower (ie: "all you think about is sex!") and attempted to reassure her by saying they could wear their swimming costumes. It failed, but the intent was good. *shrug*

#57 Actually from the way OP wrote the FML it doesn't sound like she was surprised that her husband wants to be with her or shower with her. What the FML DOES suggest is that OP is "surprised" (for lack of better word) that her husband wants to shower with her to conserve water with their clothes on which is contrary to many peoples belief about married couples (or just couples in general because many people who are just dating see each other naked as well).
