Come on girl, don't you know by now to check out the TP situation before you squat? Things like this are why my ass clenches up like a steel trap in most public restrooms. Even when I pee, I perch. Okay, sharing time's over... OP, ask your next-stall neighbor for help next time perhaps? Pee-ople can be such dicks (sorry, I had to!)

I would have picked it up with a thousand paper towels then take it to the manager, put it on his desk and tell him to hire a cleaner!

I wouldn't be weirded out so much if this was a guy, but this being a woman just make me want to puke. Aren't ladies' bathrooms supposed to be MORE sanitary than guys'?

since it was presumably a woman's bathroom, because OP is a woman, I doubt it was pee. it's just not realistic that a woman would contort herself into an uncomfortable position just so she can pee on the toilet paper...it was probably water from someone who washed their hands and didn't want to use the hand blow drier
