Today, I was talking to my mom about how my fiancé has been ignoring me and that I didn't know why. Turns out, my mother told him that I was too much of a handful, was mentally disturbed and also cheating on him. Just so I wouldn't move out and would keep cleaning her house for free. FML

Today, I called my mom to see how she was doing. She quickly hijacked the conversation and said that she's signed me up for a dating site, because she feels bad that I can't find a decent man. I've been dating my boyfriend for seven months, and she's seen me with him multiple times. FML

My mother pulled the exact same shit except it was with one of my guy friends. I explained to him that my mother was a manipulative, narcissistic, psychotic bitch and thankfully, after talking to her some more, he understood. I was just glad it was no one I was actually interested in. Needless to say I threatened to beat her brains out with the stapler if she did it again. As a joke... really. :D FYL, OP. Fraiser once said the key to good mental health, is the distancing of onesself from one's parents. I think it's never been more applicable. :p
