Guys it's not that hard to accidentally unhook a bra. Mine has four clasps and its come undone somehow in public before.

Were you tipsy at a bar? :-P Seriously though, I'm guessing it was an older bra. Seeing how tightly those things are held in place, it's hard to imagine 4 clasps undoing themselves.
