Today, I was watching a movie in the basement with my boyfriend when we started to get a little frisky. My mom walks down with dirty laundry and tells him to stop it because I'm creaming all over my undies. She showed him a pair of dirty ones to prove it. FML

Instead of being grossed out, as your mom intended, I'm sure he snatched them and kept them as a trophy! He'll probably get them stuffed and mounted, and display them on the wall of his mancave. Creamed panties are our proof that we're doing it right;)

Yeah, cause you can definitely stuff underwear..

If the daughter is old enough to be "creaming" her underwear, the daughter is old enough to be doing her own laundry, which would then avoid these types of situations. All my kids above the age of 10 all do their own laundry.

Cause your a lazy mum? I'm 17 and have never done my laundry because my mum insists on doing it. You know, motherly duties.

I don't think she's being a lazy mum at all. I think she's a very responsible mother who is teaching her children the value of accomplishing their own duties and preparing them for real life when they will have to do this every week. Do you have any idea how many college students will hoard their laundry to the very last possible clean outfit to avoid doing laundry, even wearing dirty clothes multiple times to stretch it out? Then you wind up with baskets and baskets of laundry that are going to take 2-3 loads (or even more) and consume your entire day. Getting into the habit of weekly washes now is invaluable life learning. Look, I get kids not wanting to do chores. I get moms wanting to take care of their family. This is fine, it's the natural state of things, but it can be taken too far. So many people keep their kids in these little bubbles and do everything for them, which leads to people who move out on their own and have NO FREAKING CLUE what to do. I am not even joking here. My mom once met a newlywed couple on a plane, who didn't know how to cook. They'd always been cooked for, and now they were on their own, they didn't know what to do. I am sure the parents of both these people had the best of intentions by always making sure they cooked up good meals for the family while everyone else was off doing their thing. It's a very nice thing to come in and find a full meal waiting for you through no part of your own. But unless they take their kids into the kitchen every now and then, maybe even have THEM cook for the family once a week or so, all you're doing is feeding them. They're only going to be living in your house for 1/5th of their lives, they need to be able to know how to cook for themselves for the other 4/5ths. if they grow up having no responsibilities, chores, or without learning basic home skills, you leave them completely helpless and unprepared for the rest of their lives that are not going to be spent in the tender ministrations of your household. So unless you want your kid living in your basement till he's 40, it might be a good idea to show them that it IS indeed possible to cook, clean, and do laundry without someone else doing it for you. I understand wanting to take care of your kids, but some things they need to learn how to do for themselves before they grow up and wind up in a situation where they really could use that knowledge, but don't have it.

Guys LOVE that shit so you will be ok, we are a sick group

Although, not the most pleasant or tactful way of going about it, sounds like mom accomplished her mission of killing the mood. Mom 1, Daughter 0
