Hear, hear! :)
I'ma teenage girl as well, and I honestly think that the books are cliche and such. I also know that people have their opinions, so saying 'MF' to someone who just happens to think that Twilight is a bad book is utterly stupid.
If you don't care, then why did you reply? :3
"missClumzy" (or whatever her username is, not gonna scroll back up to check) is the perfect Twilight Twat example. Seriously. The way she types and spells and her immature "i dont care" reply. Sigh.
Miss Clumzy- You're kind of trolling. If you're going to disagree, do it civilized and actually making a point. Telling some they are wrong and they're talking through their ass isn't going to convince anyone. As for my opinion, the Twilight series is horrible. Although I have many reasons of thinking that, the characters shallowness is probably the first. Edward and Bella have absolutely no faults- that does not include Bella's clumsiness, but isn't a fault, more like a cute quirk. No one is that perfect, and not only does that make it infuriating to read, it sets a bad example of what a relationship should be to the readers.
i love how this turns into a twilight argument. everywhere you look its TWILIGHT. i hate the books. they brainwash preteen girls into thinking that a relationship should be between perfect people. it also makes them think that no guy is good enough for them unless they are a sexy vampire. i swear they ********** to that shit.
MissClumzy, you said you are twelve and a teenager? Hate to burst your bubble, but you are not yet a teenager...and your age gives you no excuse to be immature. Do yourself a favor and be mature because you're much less obnoxious that way. Mmmmkay?
Miss Clumzy- Way to screw up. I swear, everything you say is so infuriating. But, back to the point. You have to be 13 to sign up for anything online because of the Internet Protection Act. Excpect to lose your account. This is why they don't let 12 year olds sign up, right here. Because they're so effing stupid they post their age when they lied about it when they signed up for an account.
Ignore my last comment, apparently fmylife.com allows 12 year olds sign up, perhaps with parent's permission. Whatever the case, I find this to be a mistake on their part. But, I digress. I wouldn't care if you were politely stating your opinion, but no, you have to be a complete douche about everything. Just because you are 12 does not give you an excuse to be a troll. If you don't like us because me make sense, if you don't bother to fully read our responses, then quit this website and wait until you are older and more mature.
Every time I even tried to read an excerpt of the book, I felt like throwing up. There are plenty of quotes online that will also make you feel like throwing up. I couldn't believe how awkward, unwitty, amateur, and unorganized her writing was. On wikipedia, the plots for most books are practically novels themselves... for the Twilight series each plot summary is two short paragraphs. She writes huge novels about nothing. Steph Meyer wrote and edited the first book in 6 months. She was originally going to call the first book Forks, after the name of Bella's hometown, and says she still wishes she had called it that. She took it to 15 publishers before she found one that didn't laugh in her face. Talk about a huge slap in the face to all the talented writers who work on their novels for years and never get their break.
i happen to like the twilight series & im 19. i thnk they're interesting
I got an account just to say I agree with #35, and if anyone ever did that in MY library i would hunt them down.
Best prank ever! I gotta start ******** in my sisters twilight books.
That's disgusting. Nowhere's safe from shit nowadays.
