It doesnt matter. 1000 calories are 1000 calories. It only takes a lot more fruit and veggies to get to 1000 calories. you could eat fruits and veggies all day and end up with 1000 calories or have one portion of french fries and cake and have the same calories. But that won't be enough for the who
jesus. lay off the sweets and start working out. that is seriously disgusting.
I know how you feel. kind of. my parents never did anything about it, but now they make me eat "healthy". I can't even eat bread. they call me fat everyday. I'm 14 and I weigh about 110 lbs. I don't see a problem with that tho.

No! Just stop eating junk! Start eating less meat, less fatty foods, and stop listening to your bitchy mom and start feeling like you are worth something. And excersise - not because you're fat, but because ypur life is better when you do. Maybe you'll loose weight, maybe you won't. But you'll be healthier.
