Today, I weighed myself. When I was fifteen, my mom yelled at me, saying that I was going to end up being 200 pounds by the time I was forty. Well, mom, you're wrong. At this rate I'll be 200 pounds by the time I'm twenty. FML

prove her wrong by eating more and more and become 300 pounds :)

No! Just stop eating junk! Start eating less meat, less fatty foods, and stop listening to your bitchy mom and start feeling like you are worth something. And excersise - not because you're fat, but because ypur life is better when you do. Maybe you'll loose weight, maybe you won't. But you'll be healthier.

That was a crappy thing of her to do. As your mother she should be more supportive. BUT, if your size depresses you, DO SOMETHING about it! That's all there is to it. It doesn't happen overnight, but if you dedicate yourself to it, you'll see results! As far as dieting, don't cut out any food that you like - just enjoy it in moderation. I eat EVERYTHING I want to, but while I'm trying to lose weight I'm writing down everything I eat and it really helps in showing me what I could stand to eat less of. I gained a lot of weight being pregnant with twins, and I still have about 15 lbs. to lose to get back to pre-baby weight. I'm 8 lbs. overweight, but I work out 5 days a week and watch what I eat. I don't FEEL unhealthy. And let me say, I feel MUCH better about myself now that I'm active as opposed to just being depressed about it yet doing nothing. Exercise will do anyone a world of good.

work out and eat less. during wrestling season i'd eat like 400 calories a day max. coupled with a little exercise, an hour or so, and you'll drop pounds

Prove her wrong and start losing weight : )

Ummm...if your a wrestler your doing more than just a little excersize!!! 400 calories a day is not a healthy way for you to drop the pounds, your body needs calories to operate at peak performance. I know how wrestlers eat and drop weight, I was on the wrestling team. Unless your one of the die hard wrestlers you ate more than 400 calories, maybe not everyday, but especially on a tournament day after you weighed in!!!!! I know I did, haha!
