Today, I weighed myself. When I was fifteen, my mom yelled at me, saying that I was going to end up being 200 pounds by the time I was forty. Well, mom, you're wrong. At this rate I'll be 200 pounds by the time I'm twenty. FML

No! Just stop eating junk! Start eating less meat, less fatty foods, and stop listening to your bitchy mom and start feeling like you are worth something. And excersise - not because you're fat, but because ypur life is better when you do. Maybe you'll loose weight, maybe you won't. But you'll be healthier.

Dont complain or feel bad for yourself if you aren't trying. Play a sport, get a gym membership, eat healthy, do something. Once you get into shape, it's not that hard to stay in shape. just by the way, the people who are saying "get off your ass, fat lard." are most likely fat/obese themselves. Be constructive with your criticism instead of making yourself feel better by putting someone down behind the safety of your computer screen.

I wish I could be 200 pounds, and 800 calories a day max is unhealthy almost for anyone. 2000 Is the average that food information is based on and everything. it can also do with your metabolism. it's better to eat several small meals a day rather than two or three big ones

you may not gain the weight of 1000 calories after exercising it off but the fats will be clogged in your arteries. eat smart, be healthy.

lmao #9. don't feel bad OP. remember, all 200 pounds doesn't have to come from fat. some is muscle. plus, don't think of it as a big deal. just get off your butt, and do some exercising.
