dude 200 pounds at 40 is normal. thats how much my dad weighed at 40.

200 pounds = Approximately 90kilos. That, if you're 20 and over 5ft tall, is perfectly healthy. I weigh more than that and I'm happy and healthy. Don't listen to these asshats. They're trying to force society's wants upon you. Don't be ashamed of who you are if YOU are happy. If you aren't happy, then try and make a difference, but only do it for you

No! Just stop eating junk! Start eating less meat, less fatty foods, and stop listening to your bitchy mom and start feeling like you are worth something. And excersise - not because you're fat, but because ypur life is better when you do. Maybe you'll loose weight, maybe you won't. But you'll be healthier.
